Synchro Yards Porto MontenegroProject Vision & Artistic Conceptualisation: We begin by interpreting the spirit of Synchro Yards - maritime heritage, Adriatic light and landscape, contemporary luxury and creative community energy - to develop a bespoke art concept. This becomes the guiding narrative for all subsequent art sourcing.
Art Sourcing & Selection: Leveraging our knowledge of global art markets and emerging talent, we source artworks - paintings, sculptures, installations, photography, mixed-media - whose style, scale and materiality resonate with Synchro’s architecture and ambience: think nautical references, natural textures, coastal palettes, modern minimalism or expressive contemporary works.
Integration with Architecture & Interior Design: We collaborate closely with architects, interior designers and developers to ensure artworks are integrated spatially and thematically - in residences, common areas, the marina, public spaces, hotel lobbies, cultural venues. Art becomes part of the built environment rather than an afterthought.
Logistics, Installation & Conservation: From procurement through framing, shipment, secure installation and long-term conservation, HOFA oversees all technical and practical aspects, guaranteeing that art pieces are preserved and displayed under optimal conditions.
