Li Jie

Born in Shanxi in 1985, Li Jie is a distinguished artist with a strong academic background and a deep passion for oil painting. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Shandong University, Department of Oil Painting, College of Art. Li Jie has established himself as a dedicated researcher in the field of oil painting and has further expanded his knowledge as a visiting scholar at The Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at The Central Academy of Fine Arts, demonstrating his commitment to continuous artistic growth.

 

In addition to his academic pursuits, Li Jie imparts his expertise to the next generation of artists as a Professor of oil painting at Shanxi Agricultural University. His unique perspective and artistic insights enrich the educational experience for aspiring artists under his guidance.

 

Li Jie splits his time between the bustling art scene of Beijing and the serene landscapes of Taiyuan, where he finds inspiration for his work. This duality of environment and experience has undoubtedly influenced his artistic vision, creating a compelling and diverse body of work that captivates art enthusiasts worldwide.
